GRAPH 5 ERROR MESSAGE

Within graph 5 when modifying a particular SB by adding a step and transition i get the message "SB SYNC CANNOT BE OUTPUT DIRECTLY". The only option is to answer YES and it is impossible to open the block again without restoring the SB from the backup file. I've tried using DB-GEN etc to no avail Has anybody seen this and have a solution? Thanks Phizza
