PlasticsDude Posted February 18, 2007 Report Posted February 18, 2007 I'm about to start cold turkey with an S7-200 PLC. Does anybody have a link to a *very* simple program showing the basics of ladder logic, for example a momentary "start" button is pressed, then after a preset delay a contact opens, and closes when a momentary "stop" button is pressed? Seeing something like this will lay the groundwork I think. Thanks a whole lot in advance!
TimWilborne Posted February 19, 2007 Report Posted February 19, 2007 You might try the downloads section http://forums.mrplc.com/index.php?dlcategory=32 I don't have the software anymore but I know the Daylight Savings program is for the S7-200. Not sure about some of the others
Crossbow Posted February 20, 2007 Report Posted February 20, 2007 One hour and two hour primers from Siemens are attached. You can also find same code at www.siemens.com/s7-200 in the Tips and Tricks section or the Micro Automation Sets have program examples too. You should have checked the downloads section. The Tips and Tricks, the one hour and two hour primers were already there. S7_200_1_Hour_Primer.pdf S7_200_2_Hour_Primer.pdf
