can't get "tips and tricks" to load properly

Man nothing is easy for me huh...when I try to open the tips and tricks that is available for download on this site, it's not loading right...half the links are broken and all the stuff that's supposed to be in the left pane is completely gone. Is there some sort of "trick" to it?

Worked fine for me. I just unzipped it into the root of my hard drive using the archive name for the folder. I've never seen it distributed in this format, typically just a single EXE file archive from Siemens. I have added a new copy straight from Siemens website.
