I have a new, unprogramed Mitsubishi MTA-10 which I want to program and use in a 11776 transplanter. The transplanter is used in a commercial green house for...well transplanting. I do not have the SC09N cable and apparently am not going to find one. The connector to the MTA-10 looks like a DB25 male. I do have the necessary adapters and cables to connect the MTA directly to the serial port. My questions are: 1. Is this direct connection to the serial port OK? 2. I need a program to carry on an appropiate conversation between the MTA and the computer. 3. I need the proper software to load on the MTA-10 so it can speak politely to the transplanter. Aside from that I don't have any problems Any words of wisdom will be appreciated by a friend who has the greenhouse. TIA
