JP_TFV1 Posted April 12, 2007 Report Posted April 12, 2007 I am trying to monitor through my QJ1E71-100 card and am running into a problem. It was working fine last week, and I have also swapped out cards to see if that would help, which it didn't. It is very strange, I can read from the PLC, and it seems the connection is fine. It will let me monitor, but when I do, it is not showing what is really going on with the PLC. Everything is still running, but it seems the network will not show that. All of the normally closed are on when that is not the case. Any Ideas? Thanks a lot.
JP_TFV1 Posted April 12, 2007 Author Report Posted April 12, 2007 Just wanted to clerify. It is almost like it is monitoring and thinks the plc is in stop mode.
Crossbow Posted April 12, 2007 Report Posted April 12, 2007 I'm not following your question. If you are online, then you should be seeing live data in the PLC. Does that program perhaps use local addresses and the local monitor not set.
JP_TFV1 Posted April 12, 2007 Author Report Posted April 12, 2007 thats the problem, it is not showing the live data..i have noticed the run rate is at 1.6ms while other identical programs are at about 4.2ms when they are monitoring. Not using locals. Thanks again
