MCR Instruction=MASKEVT ?

I have a question about Master Control Relay instruction. Although it is present in reserved words I can't find this instruction. I have programmed other PLC (like Siemens and Mitsubishi) - and I used to use this instruction. I found a MASKEVT and UNMASKEVT instructions - is it the same like MCR for other controlers? All coil outputs are set to off state after masking and mathmematical instrucions are not performed? How it works? Please for help because I don't have experience in Schneider programming so far.
