WinCC flexible import/export

Hi everyone, I am still learning Siemens (so far we use it only rarely) and wonder how to do import/export with WinCC flexible (tags, alarms etc.). I just received project from customer and needed to export alarms (with addresses) but there doesn't seam to be a way for this, only text export. I called Tech support and they confirmed it. After poking around for a while colegue found that this is still possibe but it's rather inconvenient. It's still better than nothing and in case you are interested: - Open WinCC flexible project - right click on alarms - Click on PRINT SELECTION or use CTRL+W (yes it's "Print " and not "Export texts") - in a preview window you have to select one page at a time (by using arrows on top of screen) and click on "Copy To Clipboard" icon (also on top of the page, resembling cascaded sheets). - paste it into excel and repeat previous step with other pages until complete. If anyone has found better way, please share...
