It's not for an Automation controls design engineer, it's for an Automation design engineer. The way I read it your looking for a ME to design the machine, spec. out the sensors and controls, then do all the programming. That is a lot of hats to wear. Your looking for someone with three areas of expertise, but I would guess your not paying for the 3X factor. Or, it could be the cold weather in WI, who knows.
