quillenjeff Posted October 29, 2007 Report Posted October 29, 2007 Hi guys, I'm looking for information on these lil bricks. I ran across a couple and a programmer and I've been tinkering with them. But I cannot locate any of the original tech info on them, user manual, etc. Anyone have some old stuff setting in the file cabinet?? Tjhanks, Jeff
Steve Bailey Posted October 29, 2007 Report Posted October 29, 2007 I don't have a user's manual, but I do have a sales brochure. It claims 4 inputs, 4 isolated outputs rated at 10 amps each. Function set is NO and NC contacts, positive and negative triggered contacts, coils, , latch/unlatch coils, timers, and counters. There are 12 internal coils labeled A1 - A12. There are 16 timers labeled T1 - T16 and 16 counters labeled C1 - C16. There is no reference to a publication number for a user manual in the sales brochure. Its publication number is DET-014A 0294 BL. I also have a brochure on a variant of the Smart Relay called the GE-Link MC-SDS Motor control block. It is the Smart Relay with a built-in SDS bus interface. SDS bus was a variant of DeviceNet that Honeywell was promoting. At the time the product came out, GE and Honeywell/Micro Switch were involved in what proved to be a short-lived joint venture.
