using QCPU with Festo SPC200

I have an issue with a system we have here, I have a QCPU that has a Festo SPC200 connected to it via profibus. I get error b14 (Illegal parameters sent from DP-Master) all the time. Yet when I hook up a Siemens PLC to the Festo, there are no problems. I believe that the Mitsi is the problem, but was wondering if anyone has had any experience with this combination, thanks in advance

I wouldn't say the Mitsubishi PLC is the problem, I would say you need to make sure the parameters in the Profibus module are configured properly.

I agree, did you wire it and terminate bus ends as expected? are you using proper cable and connectors or DIY? did you download GSD for Festo, include it in Profibus Master configuration and then downloaded? how many I/Os did you map and what I/O range did you use? you also have to cycle power after this... what is the master status?

Don't forget the check the slave user parameters in GX config DP aswell. Are you also getting an Error on the QJ71PB92D/V module? If so which Error do you have?
