stl Posted January 30, 2008 Report Posted January 30, 2008 Hi Guys, Do mitsubishi have a scale instruction in the q series instruction set? at the moment all the my scaling is done using math instructions, but i was wondering if there was something similar to AB's SCL or S7's "scale" Thanks
Gambit Posted January 30, 2008 Report Posted January 30, 2008 If you are using IEC developer there are FB for INT and FLOAT. you can download them from the Mitsubishi website
stl Posted January 30, 2008 Author Report Posted January 30, 2008 (edited) I should have mentioned the software doh! I have IEC Developer but i'm adding to a system programmed with GX developer. Edited January 30, 2008 by stl
Crossbow Posted January 30, 2008 Report Posted January 30, 2008 I convert them to float and them multiple them by a decimal value. If I need an offset, add or subtract too. There is no specific scaling instruction in Q.

Crossbow Posted July 10, 2020 Report Posted July 10, 2020 And when I posted than in 2008, there was not a scale instruction.
