I am working on one right now and while going through the application, I lost visibility of most of the screen in the Intouch Window Viewer. It looks as if only the top part of the screen is visible. Guest LM6000 Posted December 30, 2003 Report Posted December 30, 2003 We had that happen to one here after someone kept hitting the reset on the pc on unit 2. We fixed it by copying the WW directory from the twin (unit 1) over the one in unit2. We have 2 identical machines here though. Tech support for our units in Houston solution was to email us a WW directory witch didn't work. The screens were different. I now back up the WW directory after any changes on bolth units. Quote
