Mitsubishi and Wonderware Setup

I started going over how to start from scratch! I have a Q series PLC and Im trying to comunicate with Wonderware. Is there something like RS Who for wonderware so I can see if im connected? I have set up the DA Server Manager and it says the server is running. I am BRAND new at this wonderware. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks
