Mathematic question

i hv a mathematic question, hope someone can show me a formula to calculate this. example: electro-pneumatic valve if input 4mA = 10% (valve open) 20mA = 100% when 10mA = ?

(10ma-4ma) / (20ma-2ma) * (100%-10%) + 10 = Percent Valve Open Or ( Raw ma Value-ma Min) / (ma Range) * (Percent range) + Offset = Percent Valve Open

Minimum input is 4mA, Maximum input is 20mA Valve Minimum open is 10%, Maximum open is 100%
