One thing you could do is to run Runtime Manager as shell. By doing it that way Explorer is not running at all, and the icon is not visible - nothing for the user to click at

Open Windows registry editor - Run -> Regedit Navigate to the following key [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon] "Shell"="Explorer.exe" Change Explorer.exe to your path to Citect Runtime Manager The next time the computer boots up, Citect Runtime Manager will be started instead of explorer
