I assume by input frequency you mean high speed counter frequency? Check the FX2N Hardware Manual, it details the specs on the high speed inputs.

What I meant is for normal input. Because I could not find on their catalog/manual. Thanks, Kevin.

The response time for most FX2N types is 0-15mSec. But the problem will be the scan of your program. If you want to count outside of the scan time you should use the integrated highspeed counter inputs crossbow was telling you about. Edited September 12, 2008 by Gambit
