Are you sure that the original Logicmaster file is for the same model PLC as the VersaPro folder? It doesn't work if you try to import a 90-30 PLC file into a VersaMax PLC folder, for example. Do you have Logicmaster software? If so, open the file with Logicmaster to find out what model PLC it was written for. Personally, I think you should be importing into Proficy Machine Edition rather than VersaPro. VersaPro has too many bugs that will forever remain unfixed.
