Mendon Systems Posted September 23, 2008 Report Posted September 23, 2008 Does anyone know of a way to save the current values of the registers that are linked to a data block?? The intent is to adjust settings on a process until everything works well, then save the current settings as a baseline for the next time a similar material is run.
BITS N BYTES Posted September 23, 2008 Report Posted September 23, 2008 (edited) Yes, IF you have CX-Designer V2.1 or higher and the NS display is loaded with V7.0. The new MultiFunction pushbutton has selection for transferring data between the DataBlock CSV file and the field addresses assigned in the DataBlock group setting. In the MultiFunction object select "Object Control" -->> "Data Block Control". See attachment from CX-Designer manual. Forgot to mention that the "Command" button object can also perform similar Data Block control functions. MultiFunction___Data_Block_Control.pdf Edited September 23, 2008 by BITS N BYTES
