E1032 Com Error!

Hi all I'm on site and i have the following problem I use in my application 7 FX3U Plc's connected with an E1032 Terminal. via RS422 port. The software is the same for all plc's-hmi's. Three of them have the following problem! The system works fine for 10-12 -hours and then a communication error occurs The comm settings are all the same. I decreased the comm speed at 9600kbps but nothing changed Also i have changed the cables. The distance between the plc and hmi is only 1m. Into the electrical cabinet is the plc the hmi one printer and one ups. Also i;ve tried one of the systems to my office and the problem remains. I changed the Plc and nothing changed. Please Help

That's a strange problem. Have you installed the latest terminal firmware and FX comm driver? www.E-terminals.com Default the timout for the FX driver is 2 seconds this should be enough. Have you checked this setting?
