jaxrpc Posted January 24, 2009 Report Posted January 24, 2009 hi, recently i was given an omron PLC CQM1 CPU41 and a copy of cx programmer v4 but when i tried to create a new program with cx, i couldnt find the plc model cqm1 in the device type list. I am new to plc so be easy on me if this is a stupid question. thanks
PdL Posted January 24, 2009 Report Posted January 24, 2009 Are you sure? I don't believe they are sorted on alphabetical order rather on CPU step family order.

Jay Anthony Posted January 24, 2009 Report Posted January 24, 2009 You were given a copy of CX Programmer Jr. which only supports the smaller Omron PLCs.
