SCADA error messages

We are currently getting error messages on the scada screen, which have a long number, 2124721502. The only thing we can do is skip once or skip all. When the error messages appears the operator cant control the plant, which is very dangers. The Scada is Ge Fanuc Proficy IFix. Any Help Please....

We have found on our systems it is important to backup historical data files and keep the working folders as lean as needed. I try to keep ours with no more than 3 or 4 weeks. Don't know why but it does stop a lot of page errors. Running iFix3.0. This may not apply to your application. John
