Tony Posted February 18, 2009 Report Posted February 18, 2009 Good afternoon, I have a problem with showing the PLC clock on a scada page. I have been struggling with the points and animation editor. How can I show the PLC date and Clock, in this form? 09-02-18 14:15:46 Especially the : and - is giving me headaches.. Sorry for this probably noob question. BTW, I don't want to use the PC's system clock points. Thanx, Tony
PdL Posted February 18, 2009 Report Posted February 18, 2009 Depends how your data is formatted in the PLC. Easiest would be to have 6 words of 2 digits each. Then just place 6 text objects with each ##, add animation "display analogue value", check leading zeros and place all 6 objects with static text ":" and "-" between them.
Berti Baker Posted February 19, 2009 Report Posted February 19, 2009 Hiya, I guess you have you Windows Regional settings set to these settings? Then if you are using CXServer.ClockRead it should format into this string format automatically! Regards Bertie.
