Petrozawodsky Posted May 23, 2009 Report Posted May 23, 2009 Hello. I have the module 6ES5 375-1LA15. I want to replace EPROM chip to EEPROM with same pinout. What other changes shall I do in this circuit? Did any elements need to add or remove? Can anybody post photos both sides of 6ES5 375-0LC31 or the same module? Maybe someone have circuit schemes of EEPROM modules?
