rswolff Posted June 5, 2009 Report Posted June 5, 2009 Ok GE GURU's......need a copy of a GE Series 6 Ascii/Basic module......no I don't need one for a 90-30, or a 90-70 (unless same)....I don't need to know that I can change to a CoProcessor (I can't) or that I could change the entire system (again, I can't)....don't need to know how old it is...I already know....and yes its older than creation......don't need to describe the process or function (why the heck does it matter) (again, can't change the dang unit out for anything else, just believe me....would I lie?) so don't ask me where its at, what it looks like (a lot like a module in a rack) the darn thing has dip switches, and code and I need to get into it.....no, Cntrl-C doesn't do the trick........neither does Cntrl-Z, or A or B or....get the picture.....and yes, I've tried all the function keys, ALT keys, and SHFT keys....what I need is a manual..........any help??? many thanks, bob
Steve Bailey Posted June 5, 2009 Report Posted June 5, 2009 Bob, I managed to get my hands on one last year and I scanned it. Send me a PM with your email address and I'll pass it along to you. You'll find that the manual doesn't have much to say about connectivity between your PC and the ABM. There is a software app called ABM Master that I always used to program the things. I can send that to you as well. If you have have a computer that can successfully run Logicmaster 6, it should also be able to support ABM Master.
Steve Bailey Posted June 6, 2009 Report Posted June 6, 2009 I posted the ABM manual in the "GE"/"Manuals & Tutorials" area of the downloads section.
