HOW to GENERATE PWM with CPM2A transistor output

Dear Team I have CPM2A with TRANSISTOR out put. I want to connect a wood ward FLO-TECH 33 actuating valve. Valve Details: INPUT COMMAND: PWM (FREQ: 500---2000Hz, AMPLITUDE: 4—32Vdc 10bit Resolution) INPUT RANGE : 10---90% INPUT IMPEDANCE 117.4 k.ohms Can any one help how to program PLC to actuate the valve. Look in the CPM2A manual W353-E1-O4 Probably you can download it from this site (Sysmac CPM1/CPM1A/CPM2A/CPM2C/SRM1-V2 Programming Manual). Page 111 is using variable duty ratio pulse output.
