ratcliffe_ic Posted March 23, 2010 Report Posted March 23, 2010 With reference to the attached image, I believe what I am seeing is a subroutine call to FB72 which is programmed in Graph 5, can anyone tell me what SNBR, AUS, A/H, TIPP, T+1 and STO on the right hand side mean. I am having a problem with F100.5 becoming true which indicates a fault, I think this is related to a timeout on a step in the graph, but as I can't look at the graph because I do not have Graph 5 it is difficult to check what is going on. I believe it is a timeout because if I drop the process timer below 180 seconds then it is OK, anything above 180 causes this fault which requires an aknowledge. Is it possible to edit the step timers without graph 5? Any assistance would be very much appreciated. s5.bmp
ratcliffe_ic Posted March 24, 2010 Author Report Posted March 24, 2010 From the manual for graph 5 I've now learnt the meaning of SNBR, AUS, A/H, TIPP, T+1 and STO. STO, the one I was interested is a timeout on a graph step (Step Time Out maybe). Each graph step has a timer associated with it and I must have a step with a timer set at 180 seconds where there is the possibility of the process being set for up to 300 seconds. Hence the fault. However, the next problem is, can I access the timers which are used within Graph 5 without graph 5, are they the same timers as in the general program?
