Comunication problem:Intouch v9.5 & OMRON CS1

Dear All, I have problem with my application. I used Intouch v9.5 (SCADA) and CS1 (PLC). I used IO driver KEPware v4.222 I used Serial com for PLC and PC (toolbus) my problem is the communication serial PLC to PC. sometime serial communication is disconnecting. after i reopen intouch, serial comunication can connect again. what's wrong? i tought the problem is from KEPware, how if i used omronhl? i think omronhl cannot used for CS1 type? is it true? thanks alot
