Saint Pi Posted January 15, 2011 Report Posted January 15, 2011 I have FactoryLink installed to monitor a tank guaging system in a tank farm. I have two Server workstations OP1 & OP2 running Windows 2000 Professional. OP1 has hard disk problem which lead to the replacement of Hard disk D: and later restoring a copy of the data on the OS hard disk C:. Now, when the Factory link GUI is running, OP1 blanks out after a while. The only way to bring it back up is to hard restart the workstation. If the FactoryLink GUI is not running, the workstation can be ON for over 2 weeks without blanking. In fact it does not blank out. I need a guide to re-install Factory Link on a fresh hard disk for OP1. Unfortunately the company that installed the system are not will to assist at this time. I need someone to help. If I can get the system up and running, there is the possibility that my company may see the need for an upgrade. But not before they see the system running well.
