I have check the Keyence can only have CCU communication with Q series(Q mode). How is the wiring is configure or any manual can help me! Thank you! Regard sttchui
Crossbow Posted January 24, 2011 Report Posted January 24, 2011 Did you try www.keyence.com? I don't have experience with their products. In fact, their US page doesn't even show touch screens.
sttchui Posted January 25, 2011 Author Report Posted January 25, 2011 Yes i did try the keyence website but there no mention regarding ccu communication & the software i bought from keyence does have any manual nor any techinical people from keyence know how to used this ccu protocol.. They only know how to configure for new unit VT3 or VT2 but they do not have any idea how to used VT1.. Regards sttchui
