PLC with PT-100

I'm looking for low price controller to controll Air Handling Unit. At present i'm using a Satchwell's (Micronet MN Series, i.e. MN500) and Siemens' (Synco) controllers. Both don't give me everything what I need. A desired controller should have - weekly or real time clock - 4 PT-100 inputs - minimum 4 digital inputs - minimum 5 digital outputs - minimum 3 analog outputs (+ sometimes 2 to controll inverters) - possiblities to connect no expensive LCD control panel wall or indoor mounting (Satchwell's panel is hard to mount on wall - is designed to mount "in wall" or indoor, additionally Satchwell is too me not enough flexible - but even many more than SiemensSynco) - low prize PC-monitoring (in Satchwell everybody must buy Micronet Server + Visi Software or WebGate + builded internet application (HTML, PHP)) I'm asking for help. Any controller, wchich I tried to use is too expesive (i. e. traditional PLC like Simatic, Omron etc +expansion modules) or completly unusable too me. Thanks everybody who will help me with this complicate trouble. If anybody want to have anything more about AHU's automation, any help or anything - I will help neccesary everybody :)
