CP1L remove UM Protection and write new program

I tried to clear all memory area but i get message "failed to clear all the memory area". The PLC is UM protection enabled and i cannot upload/download program into it. Anyone know how to clear the program inside as i try to write new program into the plc..

The program is password protected. If you know the password, go to the PLC pulldown menu in CX-Programmer, then choose Protection, then choose Release Password. You can enter the password there and then you should be able to clear the memory. If you do not know the password, you cannot clear it. Only an Omron representative can clear it for you after it is determined that you own the program contained within. Please contact your Omron representative to begin the process.
