Intelligent Function Utility for EQ-V680D2

I am trying to setup up a new machine that has Omron RFID system being used. PLC is a Q03UDE and EQ-V680D2 module cards (these connect directly to the Omron RFID Amplifiers) When I go through the Diagnostics tab->System Monitor and select Diagnostics button, I get a Pop Up Box with the following message: "The S/W Package of 007EQ-V680D2 is not installed." Utility Function does not even give the option for this card. Im just using the RFID for production ID and data through the build process. Is the utility function even needed to configure this card? I have all the following configurators: TI, TC, SC, PT, DN, DA, CT, AS, AD; but dont see one with a S/W. I am using GX D2 8.90U Thanks in advance for anyones help and input.
