sirius0 Posted September 13, 2011 Report Posted September 13, 2011 We are using CX Designer. How do we convert an old NT600S (runtime) code to something suitable for download to a display model NS8? Thanks Chris
sirius0 Posted September 13, 2011 Author Report Posted September 13, 2011 We appear to have the correct conversion tool NT31C/631C but it gets a microsoft crash error when converting We have also succesfully generated a *.mmi source file. So sigh what next? I have tried every version of windows in he compatibillity dialouge.
MPM Posted September 29, 2011 Report Posted September 29, 2011 (edited) Try step by step. Save first as *.know and go up model to model until you reach ev2 myst4.82 is the latest Edited September 29, 2011 by MPM
ScottHeil Posted November 11, 2011 Report Posted November 11, 2011 You need to convert your current project NT600s to-> NT620s then to-> NT631-v2 sys 3.1. After you have converted it to NT631 save it as a *.mmi. You then need to make sure that either the project is not currently open in the NTST software or just close the NTST software. Next open up NTSeries Conversion Support Tool which should be located in a similar location as "C:\Program Files\OMRON\CX-One\CX-Designer\NT631C_Cnv\NSCnv_NT.exe" Then you just have to select the *.mmi file you saved earlier and select execute conversion.
