PT Transfer settings

Hello, When I first tried to transfer a program I had no problems at all. The next time though I saw that no comms method was set anymore. When I now open de drop down menu to select a comms. method it shows me a blank list. Does anyone know what the problem might be? Info: - windows 7 - CX-designer version 3.20 Any help is greatly appreciated. regards, Jeroen

Plug in your USB cable between the PC and screen first - it should them show USB.

Hello Bob, The first time I didn't connect my computer with the screen, but rather an memory card to my computer. That was working and I could select memory card in the list and the station. Now If I try exactly the same it doesnt work anymore. I even contacted omron helpdesk but no solution was found. They only said to reinstall the complete Cx-package. regards, Jeroen

Also had a funny glitch a few weeks ago. After I installed CX-Supervisor on my laptop, the complete I/O table was nowhere to be found in CX-Programmer for CJ2 series A known bug, and there were a few fixes mentioned on MyOmron but none of them worked for me.. in the end had to uninstall (be sure to use the CX-One remover utility instead of Windows software management!) and reinstall CX-One. Especially with all the updates it is quite a cumbersome job...
