Just wondering, is CX-One licensed by user? Or by device installs? We have users with a desktop and a laptop, but also program PLC's with a shared computer connected to the production line. So do I need licenses for all the devices (computers) CX-One is installed on or just for the number of users that are actually using CX-One? I've seen some companies sell their software as a "user" license, but when you actually read the the EULA, it's actually a device license. CX-One is sold by user license, so I assume that I just need enough licenses that cover the users I have as opposed to the number of computers it's installed on, but thought I'd ask in case I'm wrong.

Attached is what the US software license indicates. See point #2. Canada may be different. Hope this helps. Edited by gtsuport
