Q06H Cpu on Error

Hello everyone... The problem we are facing is that our Mitsubishi qseries cpu 06H goes on error. We tried to communicate it with gx developer but it doesn't response, as we have already the backup of our program so we also try to erase or clear the PLC memory but every time we get the same communication error. We also try to reset and Lclr with the switch and hold it for 10 secs but nothing happen. Battery is ok, the stop and run switch is not responding, only the Error RED LED is ON. Sounds to me like a WDT error. But you should be able to communicate with the PLC. If you have a backup of the project I would disconnect the battery and the power and wait for the until the program is cleared.

When you try to communicate via GX Developer, do you connect directly to the PLC (Serial or USB), or via Ethernet? You should connect directly via serial/USB

Sounds like a dead CPU. There are no settings which can prevent the serial port or the run/stop switch from working.
