life Posted April 24, 2012 Report Posted April 24, 2012 HI to everyone, There is the problem of slip ( shift in angle) in the servo motors I am using in the Stacker unit(see attached picture). Please give your feedback to solve this issue. Please find the below problems regarding Mitsubishi Servo motor and amplifier for your reference : 1.Servo Drive model : MRJ2S - 70A 2.Servo Motor model : HCMFS-73 3.Motor is moving at a speed of 2800 rpm in only one direction. 4.A Gear head of ratio 30 is connected between the motor and load of 10 Kgs approximately ( See Picture 1 for your reference). 5.The motor starts and stops 55 times/minute. 6.All the servo motors have the problem of slip ( change in angle). 7.The new motor when connected works fine for 5 to 6 days ,after that there will be slip in the motor. 7.The slip increases with the time of rotation of motor. 8.We have 6 motors with the error of slip. One of the motors has an alarm 16 (encoder error 1) on the amplifier. 9.We also replaced two Servo drives as well. 10.The parameter 3 in the servo amplifier is set to 1920 and 2048 is the number of pulses given to the Servo Drive with a PLC. Can anyone help me to remove the error of slip in the motors. Quote
