Hi, I have a problem with the configuration of the module outputs mad42. I can not get them out signal. I understand that by enabling the output of interest (output 0) i the voltages (1v to 5v) and would have to be able to output voltage values??. For example: Mov #01 d20000 activate output 0 Mov #10 d20001 activate 1v to 5v Mov #XX 2000 output value Whosoever giving a value to 2001 or 2000, I have no clear qual of the two is the output 0, would have to get canbios in the output. But it is not correct. I've seen -0.48 and -0.24 without any control mine. I have to activate something more to function properly? greetings and thanks

Hi, you also have to cycle the module reset bit A502.00 after MOVing to D20001, and the outputs are activated by turning on bit 2000.00 for output 1 and 2000.01 for output 2. The output addresses are 2001 and 2002. Geir

hello and thank you very much Geir, I work out and I have upper and lower margins in the example had not configured. Now I have to use the PID(190) function, I guess I have to set the output and the input that I use but I have a question as what are they known to the automaton which I use, if that uses any other input or output having nothing to do with the pid? Instruction that is best to use the PID (190) or PIDAT (191). Greetings and thank you very much for your help Edited by jaumet3

Hello again, I have the PID set the conversions but I can not have any bit of activation? is that in the documentation do not see it and I do not like to waste time on silly as outputs. greetings and thanks

I am skeptical of auto tune, so I stick with PID :) Here is an example of ladder for PID control. It is designed to have the PID parameters input from a HMI screen, so it is perhaps too complex in some parts. If you post a screenshot of your ladder, we can have a look at it. Geir
