S5 Upload from PLC

Hi. I am new to Siemens and very new to Step5. I have an S5 PLC that I need to extract the programme from. I have Step5 V7.2 and the correct programming cable but I need to know how do I go about uploading the programme from the PLC??? Is there any other data I can extract from the PLC eg.symbols, data etc???

The steps are: a)Open up S5 after connecting to the PLC. b)Go on-line by clicking on the following menus: Object -> Project -> Settings -> Page2 and press function key F3 after highlighting the Mode option. c)Select the following menu: Object -> Transfer -> PLC-File (also selected by key Shift F5) d) Give destination file name and select All Blocks to read in all the blocks. Use Tab to go to various sections. Within sections navigate and select with arrow keys. e)Highlight <Transfer> and press Insert key to start. In S5 the comments and symbols are not stored in the PLC, so you will need to create it yourself if you do not have a backup of the original program on your PC.
