Hello, I had problem to install the .GSD file for Profibus CAN Gateway. The error popup apper as per attach above. I already close the open station window in the HW configuration and all other STEP 7 applications and trying to install the GSD file again but the problem still same. Furhermore, I also got problem to open the manual help file (HTML file) in the Simatic Manager software and also the other software. There just only a blank without any text provided. Please refer to the 2nd attachment. Hope anyone could consult me what i need to do in order to solve this kind of problem. Thank you.
