Deanna Craig Posted July 2, 2012 Report Posted July 2, 2012 I have recently received a Digi One IA from a client and I am trying to connect to a virtual machine on my laptop so I can send information from Wonderware to an external server connected to a controller. I was never given a instillation CD and I have had trouble finding any downloadable drivers online. Please help, I am unable to install the Digi on my laptop. Quote

DanW Posted July 5, 2012 Report Posted July 5, 2012 I discovered once upon a time that I needed to update the firmware in the serial server box. AND that I had to install the Modbus firmware, even though it was a Modbus specific serial server. Not that these are your specific issues, but just a heads-up that you might need to either install firmware or update it out-of-the-box. There is usually a software utility that is used for configuration and updating, which sometimes uses telnet internally. Dan Quote
