johnlee Posted July 19, 2012 Report Posted July 19, 2012 (edited) Hi and good evening to all PLC user's, I'm clearly want to know how to connect exactly for the type Move Absolute (REAL) : _NCCP1H010_REAL have nice example which easy understand becoz library hard to catch up some point i wanna know the correct way to connect it. i'm currently on Industrial Training at company which running PLC the task given since they still can't solve the problem which situation like this, they are using ORG(889) command to homing however how to make improvement to reduce the impact after homing which mean once sense the limit with make adjustment the process adjusting cause little shake and hitting impact. The machine is inspection machine : PLC model CP 1H and CX programmer V9.3 moving direction is going vertical and horizontal. motor which holding camera move horizontal axis. Problem : once homing position will have a impact or shaking when doing alignment. target : as simple thing is how to homing with accurate without/reduce any impact or shake.
