Profibus Error S7-300 with Lenze Inverter

Hello, I have a problem on how to establish profibus communication between my S7300 318-2 CPU and the Lenze Inverter which use a Lenze 2133 Profibus Module. I already configure both Lenze inverter and the profibus module in order to establish the communication. However, my CPU is always in faulty mode(the SF LED is lit and Bus2F LED is blinking). The GSD file of Lenze module which i used is Len_2133.Gse. Attach above is my PLC hardware configuration and Module Diagnostic of my CPU. Hope anyone can suggest me any other way to do.
