Inntele Posted September 13, 2012 Report Posted September 13, 2012 (edited) You want to ask permission from us or to get an advice on how to make it? If you mean the latter, then follow the link on topic http://forums.mrplc....ch=1 Edited September 13, 2012 by Inntele
Zalic Posted September 13, 2012 Author Report Posted September 13, 2012 I need an advice and schematic. I have A serries PLC. I found one schematic but i not shure did it works. Schematic is in an attachment CABLE.doc
Crossbow Posted September 13, 2012 Report Posted September 13, 2012 The cable has an RS232 to RS422 serial converter in it, so it's more complex than just connecting some wires.
Zalic Posted September 13, 2012 Author Report Posted September 13, 2012 can i any RS232 to RS422 coverter for programming?
Zalic Posted September 14, 2012 Author Report Posted September 14, 2012 And pinout i must change or no?
Inntele Posted September 14, 2012 Report Posted September 14, 2012 Please, verify the pinout independently. It's your equipment and your responsibility!
Zalic Posted September 14, 2012 Author Report Posted September 14, 2012 (edited) I just want to known is there are difference between mitsubishi sc-09 convector for a series for something like this -> http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-Serial-Adapter-RS232-to-RS422-Data-Converter-Communication-adaptor-/251149255430?pt=BI_Control_Systems_PLCs&hash=item3a79a98306 ? Crossbow Posted September 15, 2012 Report Posted September 15, 2012 If you look at the pinout for the SC09 cable, you should be able to make something with that device. But as Inntele said, your device, your responsibility to check the specs and pinout match. SC09 cable we know works.
