i am using encoder kubler made for a gear motor of rating 1350 rpm,12kw,i am connecting this encoder to qd62e high speed counter module,which is a 2 channel ,40 pin type. the encoder wiring details are like this (5-30VDC,90mA,30yv class2) B': 1 PINK WIRE +S : 2 BLUE/RED O : 3 BLUE O': 4 RED A : 5 GREEN A': 6 YELLOW B : 8 GRAY GND : 10 WHITE -S : 11 GRAY/PINK +UB : 12 BROWN HOW I CONNECT THIS TO QD62E MODULE.i need some explnation about this.

I have no idea why it has so many wires. Typically open collector would require about 4 (power + and -, A and B). Differential line driver typically takes 4 for A, -A, B, -B, and may require 2 more for power. Recommend you look at the manual for the encoder and determine what type of output it makes. Never seen one with O, S, or UB terminals.

I had checked with lenz make encoder that working fine, that having spec: Inc encoder, 5-30vdc,100ppr,open collecter outputs: A,-A, B,-B, Z&-Z its was working fine with this encoder but it was not working with kubler encoder, that having spec: Inc encoder, 5-30vdc, 2048ppr, open collecter outputs:A,-A, B,-B, O&-O and also we had addtional terminals +v sens (+S) & -vsens(-S) this terminals are in cutted when we had buyed please some body give sollution this problem,i dont know why it is happening.
