NSISS Posted February 8, 2013 Report Posted February 8, 2013 Good Afternoon, I have just started working with Mitsubishi Q series PLC with GX IEC Developer, generally just verifying backups and checking error logs. I have found we have quite a few Profibus I/O stations, these monitor and control duty changeover on switchgear. How do I monitor the I/O stations to see the live values of what the points from these stations are monitoring and controlling? I have tried directly connecting in via the RS-232 port but was unable to connect using GX IEC Developer, and was looking for some help monitoring these modules.
kaare_t Posted February 8, 2013 Report Posted February 8, 2013 You need GX Configurator DP (Profibus software package for configuring/monitoring the Profibus card on the Q-series)
