Serial Link&Protocol Macro

Hi, Am still having problems with loss of Serial Link on one of five Inverters Altivar (312) that occurs when the other four have power removed when an operator accesses a machine I have tried raising the Modbus time out on the Coms section of the Inverter but is still faulting. I have uploaded the Protocol Macrofrom the communication card.it is the one with todays date. I use SCU 15 with a Omron CJ1M and a SCU 31 card. Jay from Dallas sent me the PDF which explains about handling missing nodes. But was told by a programmer that it didnt apply to this Protocol Macro. Could anybody please advise if I can ammend the Macro and what kind of programming I would use in the Send/Receive.
