Profibus presets of resolver

hello!, recently I worked a bit with a Profibus network (only in the connection, even I has wanted to work with programming and configured) and I came a question and do not know much about fieldbuses. I know that in a Profibus DP network each element that it connected is known as node or station is not it?? and can be HMI's, sensors, modules I / O's and PLC's. But the question that I have is that when i connected a Profibus connector and its respective power line to a Resolver and check that energize it, I adjusted the node number, and this was after unscrewing a capful where I met some presets to adjust where each value 1x1, 1x10, 1x100, as it was the 32 node I adjusted the preset 2 in one, the two (the tens) in 3, and obviously the hundreds to zero.
