Chris Elston Posted August 18, 2004 Report Posted August 18, 2004 Is there anyway in VersaPro software to check or scan for overrides that have been set in the PLC? Sometimes I set an override and forget to go back and release it. It would be good if VersaPro would tell you if there are some that still exist or if there is a way to release them all. Any pointers? Quote
Steve Bailey Posted August 18, 2004 Report Posted August 18, 2004 The status bit %S0011 (OVR_PRE) is on whenever an override is active. In addition there is Service Request #18, but that only checks the %I and %Q tables for overrides. Unfortunately, there is no blanket "Clear all overrides" command. Quote
Chris Elston Posted August 18, 2004 Author Report Posted August 18, 2004 Kewl. Atleast I can write an alarm or something to prompt me that I've done so. Thanks Steve. Quote
glaverty Posted August 23, 2004 Report Posted August 23, 2004 Under the PLC menu there is also a search for overrides command. Quote
Chris Elston Posted August 24, 2004 Author Report Posted August 24, 2004 Wow...I must be blind as a bat. It's right there where you said. That will work like a champ! Quote
