QUANTUM MODBUS Communication

Hello!!, i´m new with PLC MODICON QuANTUM, i need to install a quantum PLC in a machine and communicate it with another quantum PLC. The nodes are 1 and 2 respectively, but: 1.- I don´t know how to do the communication between PLC´s, what i need to program in the software??, what i need to configure??. 2.- I need communication´s bits between PLCs, how can i know what is the "name" of the bit in MODPLUS?. I saw an example but it show only the register in the software that has the bit from the other PLC (for example PLC1 has the output 40233 and the PLC 2 has the input 41115, signal from the PLC1) , but i want to know why is that register, who tell me or how cani know that i the register? MODPLUS has another values? Thank´s for your help! Regards!
